Dear costumer,
After the container arrives at Klaipeda port, the unloading day will be assigned depending on the terminal's congestion and it may take up to 7 days. The consignee, who is indicated in the BL (Bill of Lading), will be informed about the unloading of the container. Make sure that the email address and phone numbers are correct so we can contact them. After unloading the container, the customer has 5 days free at the terminal. Then a storage fee is paid depending on which terminal the container will arrive at: 5 € to 20 € per car, per day. To pick up the car, the customer must present the car/motorcycle title and Bill of Sale to customs. Sometimes, customs asks to submit bank transfers for the payment of the cargo.
Important: When picking up the cargo, the customer must first come to our office at Nemuno str. 139-212, Klaipeda, LT93262. They will be given all the necessary documents and information to collect the cargo. Before arrival, it is necessary to contact our office and get confirmation that the cargo has been unloaded and only then, plan the pickup of the cargo.
